Shipping policy

All our delivery packages are packed in hygienic conditions by our merchants. Recyite currently delivers across India, Australia, Canada, Newzeland and USA. While it is our constant endeavor to ensure that there are no delays in shipments, but due to any unavoidable circumstances such as force majeure delays are bound to occur.

Shipping Time

Some of the products in few categories are made per order basis. In such cases, the merchants, might need more lead time which usually can be 7-8 days.

The logistics partner gets a notification once the merchant has your product ready for dispatch. We only make 2 attempts to deliver the product to the customer. If the customer is not there to claim it the product is returned to the merchant and no refund is provided for the same to the customer. 

If you feel that the packaging of the product is tampered or damaged at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept delivery of the product and contact us immediately at info@recyite.com mentioning your order reference number and a photograph of the package. We shall ensure a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
